These are the regular prices guests see. Click Edit to change a rate directly — no special rule needed. New dates automatically inherit the prior year’s normal pricing as the 18-month booking window rolls forward.

Weekend pricing: the Friday/Saturday premium is added to the normal nightly rate. Example: $475 normal + $25 premium = $500 on Friday and Saturday.
